Podcast Producer & Editing Intern Details

Doctors Under the Radar - Tristates, NY

Employment Type : Full-Time

Doctors Under the Radar is a woman-owned start-up, launched in Sept. 2020, providing mental health services, evidence-based resources, and support channels to destigmatize physician mental health and ensure female physicians feel empowered, show up authentically, and create and sustain a continued culture of empathy, sympathy, and compassion. Physicians are burnt out and die by suicide greater than any other profession, and female physicians suffer more significantly. We aim to be a one-stop mental health support system for physicians, residents, and medical students nationwide.

Our newest endeavor is the launch of our Doc U R podcast. It's geared towards having conversations with those willing to share their experiences, journeys, expertise, and institutions to normalize and destigmatize mental health issues physicians face. The podcast is centering on the mental health of female physicians, but not just about female physicians.
